Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Savi LoopIQ (operated by Lee Savage, Savage Management Holdings Inc.) collects, why we collect it, and your rights over it. Savi LoopIQ is a business-focused SaaS product for control-loop tuning. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 and do not direct the Service to consumers.

1. Data we collect

Account data

Email address (required for magic-link sign-in).
Subscription plan, billing status, and Stripe customer ID (via Stripe; we never receive card numbers).

Content you upload

Bump-test CSV files, saved-loop parameters, tuning results, and any notes you enter.
Questions you type into the AI Instructor.

Operational data

Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, request paths) retained for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
Basic in-app analytics (page views, feature usage). We do not use third-party ad-tech trackers.

2. How we use it

Operate the Service — authenticate you, run tuning calculations, save your loops.
Billing — process subscriptions and prevent fraud via Stripe.
Support — respond to your questions and diagnose bugs.
Improve the product — aggregated, de-identified usage patterns only.
Legal & safety — comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect users.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Your Content (including bump-test data and Instructor prompts) to train third-party AI models.

3. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on: (a) contract to provide the Service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement; and (c) consent where required (e.g. non-essential cookies).

4. Sub-processors

Current sub-processors:

Supabase Inc. — auth and database hosting (US).
Vercel Inc. — web hosting and CDN (US, global).
Stripe Inc. — subscription billing (US, global).
Perplexity AI Inc. — AI Instructor inference (US). Prompts and any grounding context you include are sent to Perplexity for processing.

International transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A current list of sub-processors is maintained in our Data Processing Addendum.

5. Retention

Account data — for the life of your account, plus 30 days after cancellation for wind-down.
Uploaded files & saved loops — Personal 30 days / Pro 1 year / Team indefinite, or until you delete them. All content is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Server logs — up to 30 days.
Billing records — up to 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest by our hosting providers. Access controls follow least-privilege. We use magic-link authentication (no passwords to leak). No system is perfectly secure; report any suspected vulnerability to security@savagetechnicalsolutions.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, delete, or export your personal data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information; contact us at the address above to exercise these rights.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (session, CSRF, plan-selection). See our Cookie Notice.

10. Changes

We will post updates to this Policy here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect.
