What we sell
Savi LoopIQ is software-as-a-service for process-control analysis, PID loop tuning, simulation, diagnostics, engineering workflow support, and technical training. It provides browser and mobile software features, subscription access, reports, and related digital services. It does not sell or ship physical goods.
Savi LoopIQ is a decision-support and simulation product. It does not replace qualified engineering review, and its current production service does not write tuning values directly to live industrial control systems. See our Safety Disclaimer.

Returns
Savi LoopIQ sells digital software and subscription services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so a physical-goods return process is not applicable.
Refunds and billing disputes
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a billing error, duplicate charge, or other exceptional circumstance warrants a refund. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@savagetechnicalsolutions.com with enough information for us to locate the charge. We will investigate and respond as promptly as reasonably possible. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or your rights with your payment provider.
Cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel through the customer billing portal when available from your account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so you retain access through that period and no further recurring charge is made. If a free trial is offered, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid renewal. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation; see Delete your account.
Promotions and trials
Any promotion, coupon, discount, credit, or free-trial offer is subject to the terms shown with that offer, including any eligibility, duration, redemption, or expiration limits. Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period and the subscription then continues at the standard applicable price until cancelled. We do not promise that every promotion is available to every customer or account.
Legal and export restrictions
You may not use Savi LoopIQ in violation of applicable law, sanctions, export-control rules, or third-party rights. Industrial use must also comply with your employer, site owner, safety, cybersecurity, management-of-change, and regulatory requirements. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and plan features are shown before checkout. Stripe may separately request information needed to process payments, prevent fraud, and satisfy financial-services verification rules.
