Delete your Savi LoopIQ account
You can ask us to permanently delete your Savi LoopIQ account and the personal data associated with it. This page works from any web browser — you do not need to install or open the mobile app to make the request.
1. Before you start
- Export your data. Sign in and download any bump-test files, saved loops, and reports you want to keep. Once your account is deleted we cannot restore them.
- Cancel your subscription first if you have one. Cancelling and deleting are separate actions — see step 5.
- Team and enterprise accounts. If your account was created or provisioned by your employer, your organisation's administrator controls it. Ask them to remove your seat; we will confirm with the account owner before deleting a seat we did not issue directly to you.
2. Delete it yourself, if you can still sign in
The fastest route is self-service and takes effect immediately. Sign in, open Account, scroll to Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and your account is removed as you watch. The mobile app offers the same action under Account. Deletion applies only to the account you are signed in as — we never accept an account identifier from the request.
Two cases are refused rather than performed, because in both of them deleting your account would take other people's access with it. Deletion tells you which one applies:
- You own a team that still has other members. Deleting your account would delete the team and every other member's access to its shared loops. Remove the remaining members, or use the audited Team settings workflow to transfer ownership. Support verifies both account holders and transfers database and storage custody before you delete.
- You have loops shared into a team workspace. A loop you shared is still owned by you, so deleting your account removes it from the workspace for everyone else too. Unshare those loops, or use the same audited Team-settings request so support can transfer them with the organization. The refusal names the loops that are blocking it.
Transfer requests receive a durable case ID, record the current and proposed owners, and are visible to the requester. We aim to complete a verified transfer within 30 days. If Team settings is unavailable, email the privacy address below and include the team name and proposed owner; support will create the audited request after verification.
3. Request deletion by email, if you cannot sign in
Send a deletion request from the email address on your Savi LoopIQ account:
- Email privacy@savagetechnicalsolutions.com with the subject
Account deletion request — Savi LoopIQ. - Include the email address of the account you want deleted.
- Send the message from that same address, so we can verify you control it.

If you cannot send from the account address — for example you have lost access to that mailbox — email us anyway and say so. We will ask for other evidence that the account is yours before we delete anything. We will never delete an account on an unverified request.
4. What happens next
- We acknowledge your request and confirm the account address.
- We verify that the request came from the account holder.
- We delete the account and its data, and confirm to you by email when it is done.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of verification, consistent with the response commitment in our Privacy Policy. Copies held in routine encrypted backups age out on our providers' normal backup rotation after that.
5. Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling
Cancelling a paid subscription stops future charges but leaves your account and data in place, so you can come back later. Deleting your account removes the account itself.
- To cancel only: sign in, open Account, and use the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- To delete: follow step 2 or step 3 above. If you still have an active subscription when you ask us to delete, we will cancel it as part of processing your request. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law — see our Terms of Service.
- Purchases made through Google Play: if you subscribed through the Play Store, cancel that subscription in the Play Store as well; we cannot cancel a Play-billed subscription on your behalf.
6. What is deleted
- Your account record and sign-in credentials, including any linked Google sign-in.
- Your email address and profile data.
- Uploaded bump-test and trend files, Education verification evidence, and the stored file objects behind them.
- Saved loops, plant models, tuning parameters, notes, tags, and site or unit labels.
- Generated tuning reports and exports stored in your account.
- AI Instructor conversations and the feedback you gave on them.
- Training and certification records: lab attempts, scores, and progress.
- Your team memberships, and any connector or edge-device configuration you personally created.
7. What may be retained, and why
- Billing and tax records — invoices and payment records held by us and by our payment processor are retained for as long as tax, accounting, and audit obligations require (generally up to seven years in the United States). These are financial records, not usable account access.
- Security and audit entries — records of sensitive administrative or device actions may be retained where we need them to investigate abuse or meet a legal obligation.
- Change-control revision history — where you authored, reviewed, or approved a loop revision, that record is retained as an engineering audit trail. It keeps only the opaque account identifier, which no longer resolves to a person once your account is gone.
- Platform logs — short-lived server logs held by our hosting provider expire on that provider's own retention schedule.
- Encrypted backups — deleted records may persist in routine backups until those backups rotate out. They are not restored into the live service.
- Content your organisation owns — data created under a seat your employer provisioned, or records the organisation itself owns, stays with that organisation. Ask your team administrator if you need it removed. Loops you own are yours and are deleted with your account even if you shared them into a team workspace, which is why self-service deletion refuses while any are still shared (see step 2).
- Aggregated or de-identified data — statistics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
